Refund policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of payment, or within seven days of receipt of your login and password for the course.

Simply write to info@ochs.org.uk and payment will be refunded and your course registration will be cancelled.

Please also feel free to advise of any reasons for cancellation so we can work to improve our service.
